Now that most of the services have become available to the citizens through online, mobile app, public service center, digital service bridge, the state is committed to make the process of getting services even easier.

Affidavits are taken to ensure the veracity of the information provided by the applicant in the personal services provided by the State Government. As part of the administrative reform process, the government should consider self-declaration as part of the process by eliminating the need for affidavits in all cases except where required by law or regulation from the process of obtaining government services for the purpose of making public services faster available and facilitating the process. The process of self-declaration is subject to the following conditions:

  1. In case the Central or State Government has decided to issue an affidavit as per the Act or Rules or Regulations, the affidavit will have to be continued, except in all services where the affidavit has to be replaced by Self-Declaration.
  2. The process of reviewing their services by all the departments of the state government and establishing laws, rules or regulations, from all the services except the service channel (online, through app, public service center, directly / through etc.) Must be completed before 10th January, 2022.
  3. Services provided on behalf of State Government Departments under our Taluka Vibrant Taluk (ATVT) / Janseva Kendra / Digital Seva Setu, by the National Informatics Center (NIC) (in all other services related to race) instead of Affidavit Self-Declaration Form The process of substituting should be completed before 10th January, 2022. In case the affidavit is required except as mentioned in the Act, Rules or Regulations of the Central Government / State Government, the affidavit may be filed by the concerned department only after obtaining the special approval of the State Government.   6. If any false details are given in the self-declaration after cancellation of the affidavit process, then the person concerned will have to be prosecuted by the concerned office under sections 177, 191 and 199 of the Indian Penal Code.
  7. Cancellation of affidavit for services will have to be done as per self-declaration form (Annexure-A).
