How to Check Land Records on RoR@Anywhere Portal Gujarat :
- First of go to RoR@Anywhere official site of https://anyror.gujarat.gov.in/
- After that click on the button View land Record-Rural.
- Now select any of the options as per your requirement.
- Then enter your land details like District, Talukas, village, survey number/Khata number, Nondh number etc.
- After that enter verification capcha code and click on the get details button.
- Now you can check Any RoR district from following.
About RoR@Anywhere (Any RoR) Gujarat :
AnyRoR is website for Record online Land Record of Gujarat State. This website is developed by the Revenue Department and NIC (National Informatics Centre).By using the Any RoR you can check Gujarat Land Records like, VF7, VF 8A, VF 6 and VF 12, e-chavdi, Old scenned 7/12, 135D Notice for mutation, New survey no. From old for promulgeted Village, entry list by month and year, integrated survey no. Details, Revenue case details, know khata by owner name, know survey no. Details by UPIN.This Website has successfully established in 276 talukas(According to RoR@Anywhere’s website as on December2021) and 33 districts.So, instead of travelling all the way to e-dhara or e-gram centre, you can check and verify your land record. By visiting the AnyRoR site you can check your RoR online.
Types of Land Records in RoR@Anywhere Portal Gujarat :-
- e-Chavdi : Chawdi copy of land revenue code section 135D notice
- Old scanned VF-7/12 details
- VF-7 : Survey no. Details : Village Form 7 is known as 7/12 or Satbara Utara.
- VF-8A : Village Form 8A provides Khata details.
- VF-6 Entry details : Village Sample No.6 Register which was maintained by Talati to consolidate the daily changes in the land records. After the computerization of land records in the year 2004-05, it is maintained at e-dhara center at taluka level.
- 135-D Notice for mutation : 135 D is a Notice to Mutation. A copy of the notice of mutation entry generated by e Dhara Deputy Mamlatdar when you apply for mutation can be seen here.
- New survey no. From old for promulgeted Village : The new survey number can be obtained from the old survey number of the village which has been promulgated under re-survey.
- entry list by month and year : A list of month and year wise mutation entry can be seen here
- Integrated survey no. Details : Complete information about the survey number can be seen from this option
- Revenue case Details : Information related to the revenue case can be viewed
- know khata by owner name : This option is used to know the account number from the name of the account holder.
- know survey no. Details by UPIN : With the help of this option complete information of survey number can be known through UPIN.

https://anyror.gujarat.gov.in/ is the only official website for checking and downloading RoR. 7/12 Utara, Form 8A etc in the Gujarat State. Do not use other websites or mobile apps with similar names.
Till date there is no official Any RoR Gujarat Android App released by Gujarat Revenue Department. However apps developed by some private firms are available on Google Play Store. If you still want to download Any RoR Gujarat app for your android mobile, download it from only reliable site like Google Play Store.
