Dr. Ambedkar Awas Yojana Online Application Form-2020: The purpose of the scheme: Scheduled Caste Homeless, Open Plot, Uninhabitable Raw Mud and to build a house on the first floor 1,20,000 is paid in three installments. Out of Rs. 1,20,000 assistance, first installment – Rs. 40,000, second installment – Rs. 60,000 and the third installment – Rs.20,000/- will be given to the beneficiary.
Terms and Conditions
- Beneficiary should not have availed benefits under any other housing scheme implemented by the Government by the beneficiary or other family members of the beneficiary.
- The complete construction of the house will not be completed with the help received under Dr. Ambedkar Awas Yojana, so the construction of the building will have to be completed by adding the remaining amount to the beneficiary himself.
- Annual income in rural areas should not exceed Rs.1,20,000 and in urban areas annual income should not exceed Rs.1,50,000.
- In addition to housing assistance, under the Mahatma Gandhi NREGA scheme in rural areas for housing construction, 90 days unskilled employment can be obtained from the NREGA branch of the taluka panchayat as per the rules of the scheme.
- Under Swachh Bharat Mission, Rs. 12,000 / – for toilet can be obtained from Taluka Panchayat in rural areas and Nagarpalika / Mahanagarpalika in urban areas.

યોજનાનો હેતુ
- અનુસૂચિત જાતિના ઘરવિહોણા, ખુલ્લો પ્લોટ ધરાવતા, રહેવાલાયક ન હોય તેવું કાચુ ગાર માટીનું તથા પ્રથમ માળ ઉપર મકાન બાંધવા માટે₹. ૧,૨૦,૦૦૦ ત્રણ હપ્તામાં ચુકવાવમાં આવે છે.₹.૧,૨૦,૦૦૦ સહાય પૈકી પ્રથમ હપ્તો- ૪૦,૦૦૦, બીજો હપ્તો- ૬૦,૦૦૦ અને ત્રીજો હપ્તો- ₹.૨૦,૦૦૦/- આપવામાં આવે છે.
નિયમો અને શરતો
- લાભાર્થી દ્વારા અથવા લાભાર્થીના અન્ય કુટૃંબના સભ્યો દ્વારા સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા અમલિત અન્ય કોઈપણ આવાસ યોજના હેઠળ લાભ લીધેલ ન હોવો જોઈએ.
- ડૉ.આંબેડકર આવાસ યોજના હેઠળ મળેલ સહાયથી મકાનનું સંપૂર્ણ બાંધકામ પૂર્ણ થાય નહી તેથી બાકીની રકમ લાભાર્થીને પોતે ઉમેરીને મકાન બાંધકામ પૂર્ણ કરવાનું રહેશે.
- ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારમાં વાર્ષિક આવક ₹.૧,૨૦,૦૦૦ અને શહેરી વિસ્તારમાં વાર્ષિક આવક ₹.૧,૫૦,૦૦૦ થી વધુ ન હોવી જોઇએ.
- આવાસ સહાય ઉપરાંત ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારમાં મહાત્મા ગાંધી નરેગા (MGNREGA) યોજના હેઠળ આવાસ બાંધકામ માટે ૯૦ દિવસની બિનકુશળ રોજગારી માટે ₹.૧૭,૯૧૦ તે યોજનાના નિયમો મુજબ તાલુકા પંચાયતની નરેગા બ્રાંચ તરફથી મેળવી શકાશે.
- સ્વચ્છ ભારત મિશન હેઠળ શૌચાલય માટે ₹.૧૨,૦૦૦/-ની સહાયગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારમાં તાલુકા પંચાયતની અને શહેરી વિસ્તારમાં નગરપાલીકા/મહાનગરપાલિકા તરફથી મેળવી શકાશે.

પાત્રતાના માપદંડો
- આ યોજના હેઠળ લાભ મેળવતાં લાભાર્થી ફક્ત અનુ.જાતિના અને ઘરવિહોણા હોવા જોઇએ
- લાભાર્થી પાસે પોતાની માલીકીનો પ્લોટ અથવા રહેવાલાયક ન હોય તેવું કાચુંગારમાટીનું / ઘાસ પૂળાનું / કુબા ટાઈપનું / જર્જરિત મકાન હોવું જોઇએ
- અનુસૂચિત જાતિના લાભાર્થી પોતાનું મકાન બનાવવા માટે જે વ્યકિતના નામે હાલ ભોંયતળીયે મકાન હોય તેના પ્રથમ માળ ઉપર તેના પુખ્ત વયના પુત્રો અથવા ભાઈ જમીન / મકાન માલિકની સંમતિથી ઉપરના માળે મકાન બાંધે તો તેને પણ આ યોજના હેઠળ લાભ આપી શકાશે.
- લાભાર્થી દ્વારા અથવા લાભાર્થીના અન્ય કુટૃંબના સભ્યો દ્વારા છેલ્લા ૨૦ વર્ષમાં આ વિભાગ કે અન્ય વિભાગ હસ્તકની અન્ય કોઈપણ આવાસ યોજના હેઠળ લાભ લીધેલ ન હોવો જોઈએ
- ડૉ.આંબેડકર આવાસ યોજના હેઠળ મળેલ સહાયથી મકાનનું સંપૂર્ણ બાંધકામ પૂર્ણ થાય નહી, તેથી બાકીની રકમ લાભાર્થીને પોતે ઉમેરીને મકાન બાંધકામ પૂર્ણ કરવાનું રહેશે
- આવાસ સહાય ઉપરાંત ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારમાં મહાત્મા ગાંધી નરેગા (MGNREGA) યોજના હેઠળ આવાસ બાંધકામ માટે ૯૦ દિવસની બિનકુશળ રોજગારી માટે રૂ.૧૬,૯૨૦ તે યોજનાના નિયમો મુજબ તાલુકા પંચાયતની નરેગા બ્રાંચ તરફથી મેળવી શકાશે
- સ્વચ્છ ભારત મિશન હેઠળ શૌચાલય માટે રૂ.૧૨,૦૦૦/-ની સહાયગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારમાં તાલુકા પંચાયતની અને શહેરી વિસ્તારમાં નગરપાલીકા/મહાનગરપાલિકા તરફથી મેળવી શકાશે
- ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારમાં વાર્ષિક આવક રૂ।.૧,૨૦,૦૦૦ થી વધુ ન હોવી જોઇએે
- શહેરી વિસ્તારમાં વાર્ષિક આવક રૂ।.૧,૫૦,૦૦૦ થી વધુ ન હોવી જોઇએ
- ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારમાં રૂ।.૫,૦૦,૦૦૦/- નો વધુમાં વધુ મકાનમાં ખર્ચ કરી શકાશે
- શહેરી વિસ્તારમાં રૂ।.૭,૦૦,૦૦૦/- વધુમાં વધુ મકાનમાં ખર્ચ કરી શકાશે
