Manav Garima Yojana:: In this scheme, the income of the competent officer is to be submitted along with the application form. Instead, the present applicant will have to submit an affidavit as per the form given below instead of the income proof of the competent officer along with the application. When it is stated that the application of the applicant has been approved, the applicant has to get the year from the competent authority Certificate of annual income for the year 2018-19 has to be obtained and submitted to the concerned office.

Manav Garima Yojana was launched by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment (Scheduled Caste Welfare Department), Government of Gujarat. A scheme was introduced with an aim to encourage scheduled caste people to set up small businesses and promote employment and self-reliance among them. An initiative of the Gujarat government helped many scheduled caste families to establish small businesses and earn bread and butter. Under this scheme, people satisfy eligibility criteria to get financial assistance or tools to start a small business, without obtaining a bank loan. The purpose of this scheme is the enlistment of scheduled caste people. All scheduled caste people resident of Gujarat who wishes to start a business is eligible under this scheme. Benefits of Manav Garima Yojana:

Manav Garima Yojana has been introduced with a view to encouraging Scheduled caste people to be self-employed and self-reliant. The scheme provides benefits in the form of financial assistance and others.   • Ration card
  • Proof of Residence (Electricity Bill / License / Lease Agreement / Election Card)
  • Certificate of applicant’s Cast
  • Certificate of annual income
  • Evidence of study
  • Proof of having taken business-oriented training

Required eligibility and conditions applying for Manav Garima Yojana:

  • People resident of Gujarat are eligible
  • Students who belong to a scheduled class are eligible
  • People who have less annual income are eligible
  • the annual income of more than Rs. 1,20,000/- to 1,50,000/-

Required documents for Manav Garima Yojana:
